  2. THE AGREMENT FOR THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR ONLY,

  3. IF YOU FAILD TO  PURCHASE THE PLOT BEFORE 12 MONTHS, THE AGREMENT   WILL BE AUTOMATICALY CANCELED AND YOUR ADVANCE WILL BE REFUNDED BY THE COMPANY,

  4. YOU WILL GET ONLY AVAILABLE PLOT ON THE TIME OF PURCHASE,COMPANY WILL NOT CONFORM YOUR PLOT  ON THE TIME OF ADVANCE PAYMENT, ( you can conform your plot only after paying more than  half of the payment of the plot worth)

  5. AS A IBA  YOUR REFERAL INCOME WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR INITIAL ADV PAYMENT, (when your referal income increase more than Rs 4500/- it will be treated that you have recived your advance payment from the company and the company will cancel the land agrement with you)
